Colline Bellevue
Colline Bellevue

Set against the hillside, overlooking the magnificent Bay of Cannes, Colline Bellevue is a unique and privileged site where ownership is an honour. On a large 27 hectare wooded estate, the meticulously designed buildings perfectly compliment the Mediterranean lifestyle with each property benefiting from its own private location on site. Indeed, the rarity of such a site, protected from all disturbance while offering luxury services, is the guarantee of an excellent long-term investment.

Designed and constructed to highlight a high standard of living, the Colline Bellevue estates contains several small buildings of top quality apartments, which offer all the comfort and sophistication of luxury living. When the fancy takes you, enjoy the magnificent private sporting complex at the heart of the estate. Succumb to the temptation of taking a peaceful dip in the swimming pool, or indulge in a game of tennis on one of the two courts on-site.

Mandelieu La Napoule

Cannes Mandelieu is one of the most desirable places to live, work and holiday in Europe. The historic Chateau of La Napoule, with its immaculate gardens offering summer concerts, a panoramic sea view restaurant, sculpture and painting exhibitions is perched majestically over the sandy beaches in front of La Napoule old town and the local market and shops, restaurants, bars and squares where residents and tourists mix, play boules and sip local rose wine. For special occasions it’s highly recommended to dine at L’Oassis, a Michelin star, Relais Chateaux restaurant famous since the 1930’s. From the port there are ferry boats for the short hop across to the two picturesque Iles de Lerins islands of Saint Marguerite and Saint Honorat. The return trip is equally impressive with views of the Mimosa covered hills of Le Grand Duc above.

From the residence you are a mere 10 minutes drive to Cannes -the Playground of the rich and famous. The stunning promenade of the Croisette with its Palace hotels, Carlton, Majestic and Martinez, running in parallel with the rue d’Antibes with its end to end boutiques full of Mediterranean chic. Internationally renowned for the annual Film Festival as well as many other exhibitions held at the Palais des Festival throughout the year. The adjacent Old Port and the cobble stoned street Le Suquet offers a multitude of restaurants from gourmet to casual.

The leading golf centre on the French Riviera, Mandelieu la Napoule is home to the prestigious “Old Course” which was built in 1891. Its 18-hole and 9-hole courses, set against a background of hundred year-old stone pine forests, are full of charm and a variety of hazards for all abilities. More recently built, the Cannes-Mandelieu Riviera Golf is known for the high quality of its course design which is the work of the American architect Robert Trent Jones.

Golf is not the only sporting pleasure afforded on the Riviera. The coast here is home to a variety of activities including sailing, diving, water skiing, yachting or simply lazing about on the fine sand beaches.

Please enquire for further information on these luxury apartments. It is rare to get such an excellent opportunity to buy a property with such a good quality of build and excellent location and as such, availability diminishes quickly.

It started life as a lead mining village and therefore is steeped in history and culture. There are fantastic facilities within the resort, which are what would be expected of a major ski resort. This includes shops, bars, restaurants, an ice skating rink, swimming pool and a cinema.

There are many activities to participate in La Plagne including paragliding, dog sledding, snow shoe walking, ice climbing, tobogganing and cross country skiing. There has also been an emphasis on introducing more activities for non-skiers in the last couple of years, which include guided tours around the area and an introduction to craft-work.

The ski domain of La Plagne is right at the heart of the Paradiski ski area, facing Mont Blanc and Beaufortain ranges, in the Savoie region. It has extensive intermediate runs plus plentiful excellent off piste terrain and there is something for all levels of skiers and boarders. Plagne 1800 has now been made easier by the completion of a bridge in Plagne Centre allowing skiers safe and uninterrupted access by piste over the main road.
